Controlled Environment Surfaces (CES) pre-finished steels

Controlled environments require high performance products designed to help eliminate risk and enable a safe and hygienic working environment. The CES range from Corus is a range of pre-finished steel products, which have inert surfaces and are easy to clean. The range is suitable for suitable for cold stores, food processing, clean rooms and healthcare environments. Additional protection is available with CES300 with Assure® to provide the first ever antibacterial pre-finished steel for healthcare environments.

CES25

CES25 offers a durable pre-finished steel product suitable for prolonged contact with aggressive liquids such as vinegar, alcohol and vegetable oil. 

• 25 µm polyester coating available either smooth or textured.
• Will not absorb water so can be cleaned continuously.

CES35

CES35 is a high durability pre-finished steel for the internal surfaces of air handling units / HEVAC

• Tough surface with excellent resistance to chemical damage
• Excellent formability with a durable uniform textured surface
• Good stain and mar resistance.

CES120 Anti-static

CES120 is a polymer film steel product with anti-static properties for cladding the walls, doors and ceilings of controlled environments including food processing and cold storage areas.

• Resistant to staining, mould growth and surface extraction.
