Colaminated steels

Colaminated steel is a product borne out of specialist requirements for surface appearances and finishes. It is a hybrid product that consists of a liquid applied paint system with a polymer film top-coat.

Corus Colorsteels has a highly flexible production facility that enables it to manufacture small batches of colaminated steel. Available in an extensive range of colours and patterns, colaminated steels provide a high gloss, stain and scratch resistant finish.

Markets
Colaminated steels are widely used in the domestic appliance market and in a number of niche applications such as whiteboards for meeting and conference rooms.
